GL 05/18/09 Edmund Is Dead Part 1
Remy is walking in the park after his picnic with Christina. He spots a body in the water. Shayne is shown dejected carrying some beer outside of his apartment. Remy pulls the body out of the water and turns it over. It's a very dead Edmund Winslow. Remy attempts to do CPR. Dinah is shown walking out of her shower and looking the mirror. Remy calls Cedars with the news that he pulled a body out of the water. He tried to revive the body but there was no response. Reva is sleeping on the couch. Jeffrey places a blanket on her and keeps a close watch on her. Josh is sitting inside the church contemplating things. Remy places a blanket over the body. A bit later Mallet shows up. Remy tells him everything that has happened. The body was already dead when he found it. Did he see anyone else in the park? Remy tells Mallet he was in the park with Christina. She left a bit a go. Remy went to take a walk afterwards and spotted the body. Remy was gone only for a bit. Reva wakes up and sees Jeffrey watching her. He just wants to make sure that she is fine. Reva is sorry for passing out. Jeffrey says that it's been a long day. Reva says that she has to tell everyone the good news that she's cancer free. Jeffrey already told Josh who was there earlier. Reva is miffed that Jeffrey didn't let Josh see her. She was gone. Reva is really worried about Josh when Jeffrey tells her that the threat of Edmund is still out there. Reva needs to stay put. Reva says tough she wants to go see Josh. Shayne arrives outside of Dinah's door. He's sorry he got angry and pushed her away earlier. Shayne and Dinah passionately kiss. Reva sees Josh. He knows the news about the test results. That is great news for everyone. It's such a blessing with everything that is happening now. Reva says it seems surreal one moment she was playing mini golf the next she finds out that she's cancer free. Reva still has to be tested every three months for the cancer. Josh says that Reva will make it. Reva is indestructible after all. Jeffrey told her about Edmund. Josh was right the whole time. Josh says that Edmund will never hurt anyone anymore. Reva is sorry that they doubted Josh. Josh is just glad that his whole family is safe now. Cops tape off the crime scene as Remy watches.
